Instructions for Use
Removal of paint residues before applying emulsion removers:
- Apply HB 52 Paint and Emulsion Residue Remover with a nylon brush on both sides of the dirty screen.
- Allow it to work for about 5 minutes; scrub with the brush to help remove the paint residues. For very hardened residues, let HB 52 act for a longer time.
- Do not let the product dry on the screen.
- Rinse the screen with running water.
- Now the emulsion is ready to be removed. Apply HB 50 Film and Emulsion Remover according to its technical information.
Removal of emulsion residues:
- (If the emulsion was not completely removed using the emulsion remover) Rinse the screen with running water and let it drain. With the screen still wet, apply HB 52 Remover with a nylon brush on both sides of the screen.
- Allow it to work for about 5 minutes. Scrub with the brush until the residue dissolves. For hardened waste, let HB 52 act for a longer time.
- Do not let the product dry on the screen.
- Rinse the screen with running water, then use a high-pressure water jet until the screen is completely clean.
