Stain Remover

Applications:

Removes stains (ghost images) and residues of inks and emulsions, leaving the screen completely clean, making it possible to perfectly reproduce any type of image on recovered matrices.
Completely dissolves natural and synthetic greases and removes other impurities, leaving the screen totally clean and improving the adhesion of emulsions and films.
Ready to use. No additives needed.

Removal of stains (ghost images) and residues of inks and emulsions:

After cleaning the matrix with HB 50 Emulsion Remover, dry the screen.
Apply Decaclean HRT with a nylon brush, gently scrubbing to fully cover dirty areas on both sides of the matrix.
Use a squeegee to force the product into the screen fabric (one pass on the outside and one on the inside). Remove excess product and return it to the container.
Allow the product to act for approximately 10-15 minutes (longer periods may harm polyester screens).
Wash with high-pressure water starting at the bottom, moving horizontally upward.
At this point, the matrix will be completely clean.For polyester fabrics: The product’s action can be neutralized by applying a mixture of 5% acetic acid and water (or vinegar), followed by rinsing with running water.
If the matrix is immediately emulsified, degreasing the screen is unnecessary.

Screen Degreasing:

Always degrease the screen just before applying the emulsion or film.
Wet the stretched screen fabric with water.
Apply Decaclean HRT with a nylon brush, gently scrubbing over the entire surface on both sides of the matrix.
Rinse the matrix with running water until the product is fully removed.
For polyester fabrics: Neutralize the product’s action by applying a mixture of 5% acetic acid and water (or vinegar), followed by rinsing with running water.
Completely dry the matrix before applying the emulsion or film.
Avoid touching the screen fabric after treatment.
