HB-78 Emulsion Catalyst
Features
- Catalyzes photographic emulsions, significantly increasing the lifespan of matrices.
- Enhances the chemical resistance of the emulsion to both water and solvents, as well as its mechanical resistance to abrasion.
- Can be applied to any type of emulsion or capillary film.
- To be applied only on polyester fabrics.
Instructions for Use
- Prepare the matrix following the instructions provided in the technical data sheet of the emulsion being used.
- After drying, apply Catalyzer HB 78 with a soft brush or sponge on both sides of the matrix.
- Place the matrix in a horizontal position and wait 10 minutes for the emulsion to absorb the catalyzer.
- Then, use a vacuum, absorbent cloth, or air blower to remove the product from the open areas.
- To complete the catalyzation, place the matrix in an oven at 60°C for 10 minutes or expose it to the heat from infrared lamps.
